Due to COVID-19, we do not accept returns. If there was an issue with your order, or something was damaged, please contact us at beauty@thehive1.com and customer care options can be discussed.

We do not accept returns. Exchanges of unopened hair are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Exchanges will not be given for chemicals/hair products of any kind.

SHIPPING
All products take max 4-5 business days to process because if we don't have it in the store we will go and purchase it for you and ship it. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. Tracking numbers are sent via email after processing. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. Always allow one business day after a holiday or a sale. *We do not ship any products on Saturday or Sunday. Questions regarding orders must be sent to beauty@thehive1.com. Please include the name and order number. We ship worldwide.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION:
If a package is returned to The Hive Beauty Supply LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery (if applicable), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. The Hive Beauty Supply LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. No refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

We use standard shipping, which is typically 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
